You'll love this newly renovated, 1-story family home with spectacular hill country views beyond your panoramic lake view. This is your little oasis, with a huge 100' wide lot, and the lake is just steps from the back door.
private location, a mountain in the background, and no houses for miles on the other side of the lake The sunsets are gorgeous, and the fishing is always good from the brand new double lift dock. So bring your boat and jet skis, because we also have a free community boat launching ramp just a short walk down the street. Plenty of parking.

the fall climate is pure enjoyment and the winter climate is also mild The winter temperature is usually in the 50-70 degree range. Our 'freeze spells' never last long. This is Texas, we can have a 40 degree day one day & a 70 degree the next! We rarely have snow and it melts quickly.
